Amber Frey Nude Photos For Sale
Published: Oct 21, 2003 - 10:41 PM
LOS ANGELES -- Amber Frey, the woman who admitted having an affair with accused killer Scott Peterson, filed a federal lawsuit Monday to stop attempts to sell nude photos of her.
Frey posed nude and partially clothed for a Clovis modeling agency in 1999. She said she decided not to continue with the agency but didn't pick up the photos, according to the lawsuit. She claims that after her public statement about her relationship with Peterson, David Hans Schmidt tried to sell the photographs on the Internet.
Frey alleged that Schmidt obtained the photos illegally and "attempted to sell the photographs to third parties, including Larry Flynt for publication in Hustler."
Schmidt would not comment because he had not seen the lawsuit.
Frey is seeking an injunction and asking that Schmidt turn over the pictures and negatives. She is also seeking unspecified damages.
